OUR VISION & MISSION

The baby-boomer generation has dictated the home building industry for the last 40 years. In regards to design, size, features and options.  But that era is soon ending. The next driving force and major influence will come from the “Millennial's”.

Utilizing the experience of past generations coupled with the vision of a new generation, this baby boomer father and Millennial son combination creates a perfectly balanced foundation on which to build a legacy. In 2019 Millennials numbers surpassed baby-boomers as the largest population group. Like any particular group, they have different wants, needs, desires and expectations, not only in new homes, but lifestyle as well. And the two are intimately connected.

Possessing the experience of the past and the vision of the future, our mission, and we believe, our responsibility, is to provide new home products based on today's changing needs and not the needs of the past or “the way it has always been done”. Change is in the air and it is inevitable.  A new generation is demanding it! MBH is already on that leading edge. And it starts with our “Move In Ready” and extremely well thought out designs for todays’ Arizona lifestyle.
